摘要
针对航天器在轨管理工作评价颗粒度粗、技术监视手段不足,以及服务质量和管理效率不能满足用户需求等瓶颈问题,提出了以提炼管理要素为手段、全流程精细化管理为核心的多航天器在轨管理模式,并提出了智能化、多元化、集约化等支持与保障方式。实践结果表明:多航天器在轨管理模式有效提升了在轨管理效能,确保了170余个航天器的在轨稳定运行,提升了航天器运行管理能力及用户满意度。
        Aiming at fact of insufficient working evaluation,technical monitoring means,service quality,as well as working efficiency,a multiple spacecraft in-orbit management mode is proposed with whole process refined management as the core by refining management elements.The support and guarantee methods are also put forward such as intelligence,diversification and intensification.The practical results show that multiple spacecraft in-orbit management mode effectively improves the in-orbit management efficiency,ensures the stable operation of more than 170 inorbit spacecraft and improves the capability and user satisfaction of spacecraft in-orbit operation management.
