摘要
目的探讨耳声发射仪联合轻音乐在新生儿听力筛查中的应用价值。方法选取2017年10月至2018年8月出生的接受听力筛查的450名新生儿,随机分为试验组(230名)和对照组(220名)。对照组直接进行畸变产物耳声发射(DPOAE)听力筛查,试验组听15 min的轻音乐后,使用MSOAE-1H耳声发射仪进行DPOAE听力筛查,比较两组测试所需时间、误诊率和测试通过率。结果试验组测试通过率为97.39%(224/230),误诊率为2.6%(6/230);对照组测试通过率为84.09%(185/220),误诊率为15.9%(6/230);试验组测试通过率及误诊率均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组测试所需时间为(19.57±9.24)min,短于对照组的(32.48±11.96)min,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论耳声发射仪联合轻音乐可给予新生儿一定的听觉刺激,缩短听力筛查时间,明显提高新生儿筛查的通过率。
        Objective To explore the application value of otoacoustic emission instrument combined with light music in newborn hearing screening.Methods 450 newborns born between October 2017 and August 2018 who were screened for hearing were randomly divided into the experimental group(n=230) and the control group(n=220).The control group was directly screened for hearing of the distortion product otoacoustic emission(DPOAE).After listening to light music for 15 min,the experimental group was screened for hearing of DPOAE using the otoacoustic emission instrument of msoae-1h,and the test time,misdiagnosis rate and pass rate of the two groups were compared.Results The test group test pass rate was 97.39%(224/230),the misdiagnosis rate was 2.6%(6/230); the control group test pass rate was 84.09%(185/220),and the misdiagnosis rate was 15.9%(6/230).The test pass rate and misdiagnosis rate of the test group were better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Otoacoustic emission instrument combined with light music can give certain auditory stimulation to newborn,shorten the time of hearing screening,significantly improve the rate of newborn screening.
