摘要
高职教育是职业技术教育的高级阶段,作为现代国民教育体系的重要组成部分,在实施科教兴国和人才强国战略中具有重要的作用。高职的艺术设计教育在20世纪八九十年代高速发展的历史积淀下,形成了百花齐放的势头,然而,在大规模的复制黏贴下,由于缺乏对艺术本源的思考、缺少对学生主体的深入研究,忽视人才需求的精准定位,高职的视觉传达专业人才培养目标模糊、现状堪忧。在深入调研、长期跟踪毕业生、用人单位需求的基础上,结合自身的经验对我国高职视觉传达专业的模块式教学深入探讨,总结出适合高职教育的具体措施,抛砖引玉,力求找准最有效的方法,引导学生更好的学习、以期提高高职院校视觉传达设计专业的人才培养质量。
        Higher vocational education,the highest level of vocational and technical education,is an integral part of modern national education system and plays an important role in the application of strategies of reinvigorating China through science,technology and education. At present,artistic design at this level of education shows prosperity on the basis of its rapid development during the last 2 decades of 20 th century.However,vagueness in talent cultivation goals is worrying lots of people due to lack of reflections upon the ultimate source of art,studies in depth on learners,ignorance of precision insight into demands over professionals as a result of mutual imitation among various schools. On the basis of cautious surveys and long-term following-up on graduates and employers' demands,some specific effective measures appropriate for higher vocational education were proposed in the paper through an elaboration on the modular teaching for the specialty of visual communication design in China,aiming to guide students ' academic efforts and promote the quality of talent cultivation by the specialty in higher vocational schools.
