摘要
目的建立何首乌中二苯乙烯苷及蒽醌类成分的含量测定方法,并比较不同产地何首乌药材中的含量。方法采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定何首乌中二苯乙烯苷和结合蒽醌含量,并进行方法学考察。结果二苯乙烯苷、大黄素、大黄素甲醚的线性关系良好,平均加样回收率分别为99.17%,95.70%,103.79%。广东德庆、新兴产药材二苯乙烯苷及结合蒽醌类成分含量高于四川、贵州产药材。结论该法快速准确,重现性好,可用于何首乌药材及其复方制剂的质量评价,以二者成分总量计德庆产何首乌质量较优。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of stilbene glycoside and anthraquinones in Polygoni multi?ori radix and compare the contents of the two components in the samples from different origins. Methods The contents of stilbene glycoside and combined anthraquinones in Polygoni multi?ori radix were determined by HPLC and the methodological investigation was carried out. Results The linear relationship of stilbene glycoside, emodin and emodin methyl ether were good. The average recoveries were 99.17 %, 95.70 % and 103.79 %, respectively. The contents of stilbene glycoside and combined anthraquinones in crude drugs from Deqing and Xinxing were higher than those in crude drugs from Sichuan and Guizhou. Conclusion The method is rapid, accurate and reproducible. It can be used to estimate the quality of Polygoni multi?ori radix and its compound preparations. The quality of Polygoni multi?ori radix produced in Deqing is better than the crude drugs from other origins.
