分析医学检验中血液细胞检验的质量控制策略

摘要
目的分析医院检验过程中血液细胞的检验质量控制方法。方法收集整理2015年2—8月该院接受血液细胞检查的患者血液样本150例,分析全部患者检验结果的差异性,研究使检验结果受影响的关键原因。结果血液样本的放置时间愈长,检验结果准确性就愈低,不同时间下血液样本检验的结果有明显差异(P<0.05);在低温的环境中放置血液样本,会导致血液细胞检验结果发生变化,和室温条件相比,有明显差异(P<0.05);在不同比例的抗凝剂下,血小板含量、红细胞、血红蛋白与白细胞均存在显著差异(P<0.05)。结论由于患者血液细胞的检验结果会受到多种因素影响,因此为了保证患者血液细胞的检验准确性,需要检验人员严格控制与管理各个检验细节,控制每个阶段的质量,防止发生失误,以免出现错误诊断结果。
Objective To analyse the hospital blood cells in the process of inspection inspection quality control method.Methods Collected in August to February 2015,our hospital examined for blood cells of patients with blood samples from150 cases,analysis of test results all patients,the difference of the research make the affected by the key reason for the inspection result.Results The blood samples of putting more long time,the test result accuracy is low,the blood samples under different time test results have significant differences(P < 0.05);Blood samples are placed in low temperature environment,will result in changes of blood cell testing results,compared with room temperature had obvious difference(P < 0.05);Under the different proportions of anticoagulants,content of platelets,red blood cells,hemoglobin and WBC were significantly different(P < 0.05).Conclusion Due to the test result of the patient's blood cells are influenced by many factors,so in order to ensure the inspection accuracy of a patient's blood cells,need inspection personnel strictly control and manage all inspection details,control the quality of the each phase,to prevent errors,so as not to appear error diagnosis.
