青杨天牛活动规律与防治效果研究

摘要
青杨天牛是危害杨树的主要害虫之一。对青杨天牛越冬幼虫开始活动期、化蛹期、羽化期、产卵期及危害停止期等情况进行了观察,并通过采用注射法,使用不同剂量的不同试验药剂(久效磷50%、氧化乐果、中西杀灭菊酯)进行了试验防治。结果表明:青杨天牛的活动生理期约从4月上旬开始,直到9月中旬结束。化学防治以300倍50%久效磷溶液的杀灭效果最好,其校正死亡率可达92.9%;其他溶液对青杨天牛有一定的杀灭作用,但效果欠佳。
        Saperda populnea is one of the pests that harms Populus L. The beginning of active phase, pupal duration, emergence period, spawning period and the end of attack stage of overwintering Saperda populnea larvae were observed. In addition, different doses of different test agents(50% Monocrotophos,Omethoate, Fenvalerate) were used for a control experiment by injection. The results showed that the physiological period of activity of Saperda populnea began in early April and ended in mid-September. Three hundred times of 50% monocrotophos solution have the optimal killing effect beyond all of chemical controls, and the adjust mortality ratio could reach 92.9%. Other solutions have some killing effects on Saperda populnea, but they are not as effective as the optimal one.
