城市群高速铁路线网规划评价指标体系研究

摘要
为对城市群高速铁路线网规划进行科学合理的评价,对评价指标选取原则和方法进行研究。根据我国城市群发展程度和高速铁路线网规划特性,运用地理信息系统(GIS)和目标层次分析法,分别从线网结构合理性、运营效果、工程建设实施性以及适应与引导城市群发展4个方面展开分析,选取相应评价指标,建立基于GIS的城市群高速铁路线网评价指标体系。
In order to make scientific evaluation on the planning of HSR network of city cluster, the paper studies the principle and approach of selecting the related evaluation indicators. According to the development level of city clusters in China and the characteristics of HSR network planning, the paper uses GIS and objective hierarchy approach to make analysis in terms of rationality of network structure, operation effect, feasibility of construction and adaptability and guidance to the development of city cluster, and corresponding indicators are selected for establishing a GIS-based evaluation indicator system for HSR network of city cluster.
