摘要
针对火箭燃料贮箱的端面加工,采用2D激光在线测量对零件进行对刀找正、数据采集及数控程序的生成,实现数控程序可随零件变形情况进行调整,实现对零件径向及轴向变形的补偿。
To process the end-face of rocket fuel tank, this paper uses laser online measurement to realize tool setting,data acquisition and NC program generation. NC program can be adjusted with parts deformation. The radial and axial deformation compensation of the part is achieved.
