摘要
以钨酸铵、钛酸丁酯、无水乙醇为原料,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备TiO_2粉末,采用浸渍法制备了WO_3/TiO_2催化剂。以亚甲基蓝模拟有机污染物,考察了溶液起始浓度、催化剂投加量、催化反应时间、反应温度等对光催化剂的影响。实验结果表明:经WO_3先改性后焙烧的TiO_2催化剂在适宜的条件下亚甲基蓝降解率可达到83.88%。
TiO_2 powders were prepared by sol-gel method using ammonium tungstate, butyl titanate and anhydrous ethanol as raw materials. And then WO_3/TiO_2 catalysts were prepared by impregnation method. Methylene blue was used as simulated organic pollutant. The effect of initial concentration of solution, catalyst dosage, reaction time and reaction temperature on the photocatalytic reaction was investigated. The results showed that the decomposition rate of methylene blue with modified and roasted titanium dioxide catalyst reached 83.88% under suitable conditions.
