摘要
血液质量贯穿了献血服务、血液检测、血液制备、贴签与放行、血液保存、发放与运输直至临床输注的整个过程,任何一个环节出现差错,都可能造成严重的后果。而血站作为承担无偿献血招募、血液采集与制备、临床用血供应以及医疗用血业务指导的公益性卫生机构,应当强化质量管理,建立并持续完善质量管理体系,加强对采供血各环节的质量控制,积极推动医疗机构输血科建设的发展和临床用血管理的改进,最大程度保证临床用血安全。该文详细分析了从"血管到血管"整个流程的关键环节,提出了血液质量管理和关键控制点控制的具体举措,对指导工作实践和保证临床用血安全具有积极意义。
        And the blood quality is through the blood donation service, blood test, blood preparation, labeling and discharging, blood preservation, issue and transportation and clinical infusion, the errors in any link can lead to serious results,but the blood station, as a public welfare health institution taking on the voluntary blood donation recruitment, blood collection and preparation, clinical blood usage supply and medical blood usage business guidance, should enhance the quality management, establish and constantly improve the quality management system, enhance the quality control of various links of blood collection and blood supply thus actively promoting the development of construction in the department of blood transfusion in the medical institutions and improvement of clinical blood usage management and ensuring the clinical blood usage safety to a largest extent. The paper analyzes the key links from "blood vessel to blood vessel", puts forwards the specific measures of blood quality management and key control points, which is of positive significance to guiding the working practice and ensuring the clinical blood usage safety.
