慢性淋巴滤泡性宫颈炎病理诊断与分析

摘要
目的为提高慢性淋巴滤泡性宫颈炎在临床诊断治疗中的准确率,针对该疾病的病理诊断进行讨论分析。方法选取2016年5月—2017年10月本院收治的58例慢性淋巴滤泡性宫颈炎患者为此次研究对象,所有患者均接受常规的检查以及免疫组化染色后确诊。结果慢性淋巴滤泡性宫颈炎除一般的慢性宫颈炎的病理表现之外,宫颈还呈现膨胀性生长,有圆形,边界光滑的淋巴组织增生的现象,显微镜下可见淋巴滤泡增生,并有各式各样转化的淋巴细胞。结论慢性淋巴滤泡性宫颈炎是慢性宫颈炎症中一种容易误诊的疾病,其主要以淋巴滤泡增生,淋巴细胞多克隆性增生为主要特征,同时患者宫颈膨胀性增长,与恶性淋巴瘤不同,应引起临床诊断的重视。
Objective To improve the accuracy of chronic lymphoid follicular cervicitis in clinical diagnosis and treatment, the pathological diagnosis of the disease was discussed and analyzed. Methods 58 patients with chronic lymphoid follicular cervicitis admitted in our hospital from May 2016 to October 2017 were selected as the subjects. All the patients were diagnosed by routine examination and immunohistochemical staining. Results In addition to the pathological features of chronic cervicitis, chronic lymphoid follicular cervicitis also showed swelling growth with circular, smooth border lymphoid tissue proliferation. The proliferation of lymphoid follicles was observed under microscope. A variety of transformed lymphocytes. Conclusion Chronic lymphoid follicular cervicitis is one of the most misdiagnosed diseases in chronic cervicitis. It is mainly characterized by lymphoid follicular hyperplasia and lymphoid polyclonal hyperplasia. Different from malignant lymphoma, attention should be paid to clinical diagnosis.
