“新常态”下对我国大学生就业的审视及思考

摘要
经济新常态下,大学生就业将面临的环境发生显著变化:发展速度放缓引致大学生就业需求量萎缩;经济结构优化加剧大学生就业结构性矛盾;增长动力转向凸显大学生就业能力新要求。同时,面对经济新常态,我国大学生在就业准备尚未做好充足准备,体现在就业价值取向模糊、就业心理资本缺失、就业能力不足等方面。为实现成功就业,大学生需要精准进行环境扫描,认识就业新趋势;主动转变就业观念,适应就业新趋势;做好能力前置培养,把握就业新趋势。
Under the new normal economy, the employment of college students will be confronted with a significant change in the environment: the slow development speed leads to the shrinking of the employment demand for college students; the optimization of the economic structure intensifies the structural contradiction of the employment of college students; the growth power has turned to highlight the new requirements for the employability of the college students. At the same time, facing the new normal economy, the college students in our country have not prepared enough for the employment preparation, which is reflected in the fuzzy employment value orientation, the lack of employment psychological capital and the lack of employment ability. In order to achieve successful employment, college students need to scan the environment accurately, understand the new normality of employment, change the concept of employment actively, adapt to the new normality of employment, improve the ability of pre-training, and grasp the new normal employment.
