中国特色社会主义公平正义的意义、内涵与实现

摘要
中国特色社会主义公平正义是引领我国公共生活、引导社会发展的基本价值。建立公平正义的社会是我国当前社会主义建设的历史任务。中国特色社会主义公平正义旨在保障公民的合法权利、维护公民之间的平等地位、在确保人们"道德应得"的前提下实现共同富裕。其实现的根本路径在于:完善中国特色社会主义市场机制、促进社会保障和社会服务的均等化、实现社会职位的公平开放、完善国家法治体系。
Socialism fairness and justice with Chinese characteristics, as basic value, guides the public life and social development.It's the historic mission in current socialist construction of China to build a society with fairness and justness. Socialist fairness and justice with Chinese characteristics is aimed at safeguarding legitimate rights and interests and maintaining equal status among citizens, achieving common prosperity under the premise which ensuring moral desert of citizens. There will be four basic ways for realization of socialist fairness and justice with Chinese characteristics. Firstly, socialist market mechanism with Chinese characteristics should be perfected; Second, equalization of social security and social services should be promoted; Thirdly, social status should be free and opened to citizens; Fourthly, national legal system should be improved.
