江苏高等教育结构与就业结构、产业结构的关联分析

摘要
高等教育结构、就业结构和产业结构之间相互牵连,高等教育为就业和产业结构升级提供劳动力输入,同时产业结构升级通过影响就业结构指引高等教育结构的调整方向。文章从产业升级的视域全面分析1999年高校扩招之后江苏省高等教育结构(包括层级结构和专业结构)、就业结构和产业结构的演变规律,通过相关分析和距离协调度等模型研究高等教育结构与产业结构和就业结构之间的关联性和协调度,并针对江苏省高等教育发展给出相关建议。
There have mutual influences between higher education structure, employment structure and industrial structure. Higher education provides labors for employment and the upgrading of industrial structure. At the same time, industrial structure upgrading guides the adjustment direction of higher education structure by affecting employment structure. The position from the perspective of industrial upgrading comprehensively analyzes the evolution of higher education structure(including hierarchical structure and professional structure), employment structure and industrial structure in Jiangsu Province after the expansion of enrollment in 1999, and studies the structure of higher education through models such as correlation analysis and distance coordination. Relevance and coordination between industrial structure and employment structure, and relevant recommendations for the development of higher education in Jiangsu Province.
