网络媒体在企业社会责任中的议程设置效果——基于新浪微博平台的准实验研究

摘要
基于议程设置理论,以新浪微博为准实验情境,探究了网络媒体对企业社会责任的报道与公众认知的关系。研究结果表明,在公司层面以及事实属性层面,网络媒体报道对网民评论具有显著的议程设置作用,而在情感属性层面,网络媒体的议程设置作用只存在于负面报道中。
