高频彩超诊断肛周脓肿的临床效果

摘要
为探究高频彩超诊断肛周脓肿的效果,为临床治疗提供指导。选取我院56例肛周脓肿患者对其实施高频彩超检查,以手术治疗结果为参照,对比高频彩超的诊断效果。结果显示,高频彩超检查共诊断肛周脓肿44例,肛瘘12例。手术证实肛周脓肿46例,肛瘘10例。经统计分析,高频彩超诊断肛周脓肿的敏感度为95.65%,特异度为100.00%,总准确率为96.43%。结果表明,对肛周脓肿患者实施高频彩超诊断具有较好的效果,诊断准确率较高,且可对肛周脓肿和肛瘘进行鉴别诊断,值得临床推广应用。
To investigate the efficacy of high-frequency color ultrasound(HFCU)for diagnosing perianal abscess(PA)and to provide guidance for clinical treatment,56 patients with PA in author's hospital were examined by HFCU,and the diagnostic effects of HFCU were compared according to the restults of surgical treament.As results,44 cases of PA and 12 cases of anal fistula were diagnosed by HFCU,while the operation confirmed PA in 46 cases and anal fistula in 10 cases.According to statistical analysis,the sensitivity,specificity and total accuracy of HFCU in diagnosis of PA were 95.65%,100.00%and 96.43%respectively.Results show that for diagnosing PA HFCU has better effect,and higher diagnostic accuracy,and can be used to differentiate PA and anal fistula.It is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
