“师徒制”教学模式下建筑教育中隐性知识的教学探索

摘要
在艺术类院校的建筑教育的实践过程中,发现传统课堂教学模式对"隐性知识"的传授存在一定的困境,因此通过对"隐性知识"的定义、特征等各个维度的分析,引入对"隐性知识"传授较为匹配的"师徒制"的教学模式,结合建筑模型制作这一门课程的教学探索,总结出"师徒制"的教学模式对建筑教育中隐性知识传授的优势及不足之处。
        In the practice of Architectural Education in art colleges, it is found that the traditional classroom teaching mode has some difficulties in the teaching of "tacit knowledge". Through the analysis of the definition and characteristics of "tacit knowledge", this paper introduces the teaching mode of mentoring which is more suitable for the teaching of "tacit knowledge". Furthermore,The advantages and disadvantages are extracted by combining this course of the architectural model production about the teaching mode of mentoring in the teaching of tacit knowledge in architectural education.
