泡沫抗皱整理液AF-4的制备及其应用研究

摘要
采用DFA100动态泡沫分析仪筛选出癸基葡糖苷(APG-10)为发泡剂,与相应的抗皱整理剂复配,制备了泡沫整理液AF-4。研究了发泡剂用量、酸度和温度对AF-4的泡沫性能的影响,并测试棉织物泡沫抗皱整理后的性能。结果表明:发泡剂质量浓度为6~8 g/L时,AF-4的泡沫特性符合泡沫整理工艺的要求,AF-4耐酸性好,适合应用温度为25~35℃。经AF-4整理后的棉织物折皱回复角、断裂强力保留率与浸轧抗皱相比均有所提高。
        Decyl glucoside( APG-10) was screened out as the foaming agent by DFA100 dynamic foam analyzer,and it was combined with anti-wrinkle finishing agent accordingly to prepare foam finishing liquid AF-4. The effects of dosage of foaming agent,acidity and temperature on the performance of AF-4 were studied,and then the performance of cotton fabric after foam anti-wrinkle finishing was tested. The results indicate that: when the mass concentration of foaming agent is 6 ~ 8 g/L,the foam properties of AF-4 can meet the requirements of foam finishing process. AF-4 is acidproof and its available temperature is 25 ~ 35 ℃. The crease recovery angle and breaking strength retention of cotton fabric after AF-4 finishing are all better than those of padding anti-wrinkle finishing.
