摘要
建立高效液相色谱法测定牛肉中残留的游离棉酚的检验方法。在低温条件下,以丙酮为提取剂,超声提取牛肉样品中的游离棉酚,以甲醇-2%磷酸(85∶15)为流动相,外标法测定。通过试验优化其工作条件,确定本方法的检出限、线性、精密度、稳定性以及准确度,均有满意的结果。本方法是一种操作相对简单的定量测定牛肉中游离棉酚残留量的方法。
        A method for the determination of free gossypol in beef by high performance liquid chromatography was established. The free sample of gossypol was extracted from the beef sample under low temperature conditions with acetone as extractant, and the mobile phase was methanol-2% phosphoric acid(85 ∶ 15), which was determined by external standard method. Through the experiment to optimize the working conditions, the detection limit, linearity, precision, stability and accuracy of the method were determined, and satisfactory results were obtained. The method is a relatively simple method for quantitatively determining the amount of free gossypol in beef.
