资源枯竭型企业跨区转移行为的外溢效应研究——以山西省采矿业为例

摘要
基于山西省采矿业2000—2015年的相关数据,对资源枯竭型企业跨区转移行为的外溢效应进行实证检验。结果表明,固定资产投入的增加会减弱外溢效应;相比山西省采矿业研发费用投入,科研人员的增加对资源枯竭型企业跨区转移行为外溢效应的促进作用更显著;相比山西省采矿业科研人员投入,资源枯竭型企业跨区转移投资额的增加对外溢效应的促进作用更大。这一研究结论,可为资源枯竭型企业的可持续发展与中西部资源产业结构的优化提供有益参考。
        Based on the relevant data of mining industry in Shanxi Province from 2000 to 2015,this paper empirically tests thespillover effect of cross regional transfer behavior of resource exhausted enterprises.The results show that,the increase of fixed assetsinvestment will weaken the spillover effect.compared with the investment of mining R&D expenditure in Shanxi Province,the increaseof scientific research personnel will promote the spillover effect of cross regional transfer behavior of resource-exhausted enterprisesmore significantly.compared with the investment of mining scientific research personnel in Shanxi Province,the increase of investmentin cross regional transfer of resource exhausted enterprises has greater effect on spillover effect.The conclusions can provide usefulreference for the sustainable development of resource-exhausted enterprises and the optimization of resource industrial structure inthe central and western regions.
