摘要
副猪嗜血杆菌是猪革拉泽氏病的病原体,该病是近年来严重危害养猪业的细菌性传染病之一,呈世界性分布。副猪嗜血杆菌相关致病性毒力因子的研究目前很少,关于转铁结合蛋白更是鲜为人知。在此对副猪嗜血杆菌转铁结合蛋白的结构、形成机制、影响因素及其免疫原性进行综述,对阐明致病菌的慢性感染机理有一定的生物学意义。
        Haemophilus parasuis is the etiological agent of Glasser's disease in pigs,which is responsible for considerable economic losses in the pig industry.The disease is distributed worldwide.Few studies of the virulence factors involved in the pathogenicity of H.parasuis have been reported to date,especially transferrin-binding proteins.Summarizing structure,mechanisms for iron acquisition,impact factor and relevant studies in recent years is important for understanding the chronic infection and antibiotic resistance.
