海上油田注水井分注管柱密封模块失效及对策研究

摘要
随着渤海油田"注水年"工作的逐步推进,部分老井或多次修井后的注水管柱插入密封对应的密封筒密封失效,不能真正的实现分层注水的目的,甚至会出现油套同压的风险。分析了防砂管柱中插入密封的密封筒失效情况,提出了在不需动外层管柱的提前下,运用压力膨胀式插入密封解决了密封筒失效的问题。针对大井斜且注水层段较长或是层间矛盾较为突出的井况,应该从分注工艺上研究解决,而电缆永置式智能测调技术恰能解决该难题,其不受大井斜因素的限制外,省去了多趟钢丝作业的工序,可实时同步对井下各个层段的配水器芯子开度进行调节,满足不同层位的配注要求。现场实践表明,针对密封筒失效后采用压力膨胀式插入密封或改变注水工艺,均能实现分层配注的目的,具有良好的应用价值。
        The sealing performance of the sealing tube in some old wells or multiple workover wells normally cannot achieve the purpose of layered water injection,or even with the risk of oil jacket pressure.The failure condition of the sealing cylinder in the sand control pipe column was analyzed and the pressure expansion joint sealing was recommended to solve the failure of the sealing cylinder without the outer pipe column.For the well conditions with large wells and long water injection intervals or prominent inter-layer conflicts,the dispensing process should be focused.The cable permanent-type intelligent measurement and control technology can solve this problem without limitation from the factors of the large well deviation.It saves the multi-twisting steel wire operation and synchronizes the opening degree of the water distributor core in each layer of the underground well.The field application shows that the pressure expansion type insert sealing or changing water injection operation after failure of the sealing cylinder can achieve the purpose of layered dispensing.
