摘要
采用有限差分仿真软件对不同搭接方式及设计参数的金属液流动过程进行了模拟,并定义标准过滤网过滤有效性的参数,得出了以下结论:(1)对于"一"字形横浇道,一般远离直浇道的过滤网过流速度稍大,但区别较小,不影响使用;(2)对于单侧进流同侧出流的搭接方式,过滤网过渡区斜面设计比单纯增大矩形平行空间更加有效;(3)同心布置的过滤网搭接方式比偏心布置的过滤网搭接方式能更好地发挥过滤网的作用,实现平稳、低速、均匀出流。
        By using finite difference simulation software,the metal flowing processes of different lap types and design parameters were simulated,and the filtering effectiveness parameter of standard filter was defined,the following conclusion were obtained:(1)For the straight runner,the through-flowing speed of the filter far from the sprue normally slightly faster,but the difference was small,did not affect use.(2)For the lap mode with one side inlet and the same side outlet,the slope design in the filter transition region was more effective compared with purely increasing the rectangle parallel space.(3)Compared with eccentrically arranged filter lap mode,the concentric arranged filter lap mode could more better develop the effect of the filter,to realize smooth,low speed and uniform outlet flow.
