摘要
针对装置开工以来进料中水含量、氮含量长期超标,于系统内形成铵盐,造成重整压缩机入口过滤网堵塞和部分低温部位的盐类积聚。本文通过对水、氮的来源以及所形成的铵盐对装置的影响进行了全面综合的原因分析并提出了合理建议。
Aiming at the problem that the water and nitrogen content of reforming feed have exceeded the standard for a long time since the start-up of the unit and ammonium salt has been formed in the system,resulting in blockage of the filter screen at the inlet of the reforming compressor and salt accumulation at some low temperature parts,this paper comprehensively analyzed the sources of water and nitrogen and the influence of ammonium salt formed on the unit,and put forward reasonable suggestions.
