摘要
吸收芯层是成人失禁裤/垫的重要组成部分,其多由高吸水树脂和绒毛浆(或木浆纤维)组成。选取黏胶纤维和丙纶为原料,通过针刺和热风加固工艺制备非织造布试样,探讨面密度、针刺密度、原料质量配比对试样的吸液率、持液率、液体穿透时间、纵向扩散长度、返湿量、透湿率及缩水率的影响,确定最优工艺参数。结果表明:当面密度为200 g/m~2、针刺密度为1 000刺/cm~2时,黏胶纤维/丙纶质量配比为95/5的试样的吸液率、持液率、透湿率最高,液体穿透时间最短;黏胶纤维/丙纶质量配比为85/15的试样的纵向扩散长度最长,返湿量最低,尺寸稳定性最好。
        The absorbent core layer is an important part of incontinence pants/pads, which is mainly composed of super absorbent polymer and fluff pulp(or wood pulp fiber). Choosing viscose fibers and polypropylene fibers as raw materials, samples of nonwovens were prepared by means of needling and then hot air reforcing processes. And the effects of surface density, punching density and raw materials mass ratio on the absorbing liquid rate, liquid holdup, liquid strike-through time, longitudinal diffusion length, wetback, vapor transmission rate and water shrinkage of the sampels were investigated to determine the optimal process parameters.The results showed that when the surface density was at 200 g/m~2 and the punching density was at 1 000 needle/cm~2, the mass ratio of viscose fibers to polypropylene fibers was at 95/5, the absorbing liquid rate, the liquid holdup and the vapor transmission rate of the sample were the highest, and the liquid strike-through time of the sample was the shortest. The mass ratio of viscose fibers to polypropylene fibers was at 85/15, the longitudinal diffusion length of the sample was the longest, the wetback of the sample was the lowest and the dimension stability of the sample was the best.
