摘要

探讨信息化视角下的档案管理工作及其在现代档案管理中的作用。要提升档案管理的正规化水平,明确档案信息检索,提升档案的使用效率。指出信息化视角下档案管理变革的路径,建议搭建数字档案馆,构建掌上档案服务平台,强化共享观念,建设档案共享库,重视人才队伍变革。
        From the perspective of information technology,it expounds the role of archives management in modern archives management, such as improving the standardization level of archives management, clarifying archives information retrieval,and improving the efficiency of archives use. It points the reform path of archives management,we should build digital archives,build palm archives service platform,strengthen the concept of sharing,build archives sharing library,and attach importance to the reform of talent team.
