新建本科院校职能建设策略探寻

摘要
新建本科院校在人才培养、科学研究、社会服务、文化传承与创新等职能建设方面需要完善。如人才培养方面,需要深入研究学情、勇于做"减法"、投入精力实施教学、争分夺秒搞好学习;科学研究方面,需要完善科研方向与选题、科研过程、科研评价等;社会服务方面,需做一些公益性的科普工作;文化传承与创新方面,需把公开讲座做细做扎实等。新建本科院校应在职能建设方面做好工作,有效提升办学水平,实现高等教育更好的发展。
Function construction of newly established university need to be improved including talent training, scientific research, social services, culture inheritance and innovation. For example, it is necessary to study student situation in-depth,dare to do "subtraction", invest energy in teaching, and strive for time to study well in the training of talents. It is necessary to improve the research direction and topic selection, scientific research process, scientific research evaluation, etc.,in terms of scientific research. It is necessary to do some public welfare work about popularization of science in terms of social services.Public lectures need to be done in detail in terms of culture inheritance and innovation. Newly established university should do a good job in function construction, effectively improve the level of running schools, and achieve better development of higher education.
