锚钉结合编织缝合法治疗伸肌腱止点损伤的临床效果

摘要
目的探讨微型带线锚钉手术缝合法治疗伸肌腱止点断裂的临床效果。方法 2013年1月-2018年3月,对10例伸肌腱止点损伤患者,采用微型带线锚钉结合编织缝合法治疗,术后随访,并与健侧远指间关节活动度对比,记录活动度情况。结果 10例全部获得随访,随访时间3~12个月,平均6个月。术后拍片未见微型锚钉松动、脱落。按照患指功能主动活动度(TAM)系统评定法评定:优6例,良4例。结论微型带线锚钉结合编织缝合法治疗伸肌腱止点断裂,操作方便,临床预后佳。
        Objective To evaluate and discuss the clinical effect of mini suture anchor on the treatment of extensor tendon insertion rupture. Methods Ten cases of extensor tendon insertion injury were treated by Krackow suture with anchors on the dorsum of the distal part of the finger, all patients were followed up for 3 months to one year, compared the joint activity with the contralateral distal interphalangeal joint.Results All 10 cases had been followed up for 3~12 months, with an average of 6 months. No mini-type anchors loosening and shedding after operation were found. According to the system evaluation method of active range of motion of all defected fingers, there were 6 excellent cases, 4 good cases. Conclusion Mini-type Krackow suture with anchors is a convenient and effective method for treatment of extensor tendon rupture.
