摘要
粉防己碱又名汉防己甲素,是一类从防己科植物粉防己的根块中提取出的双苄基异喹啉类生物碱,具有镇痛、抗炎、抗抑郁、抑制纤维化等作用。通过查阅国内外相关文献报道,发现粉防己碱在临床上可用于治疗呼吸系统、神经系统、循环系统、运动系统及其他系统相关疾病,但主要用于减轻症状,需要与相关药物联用,才能更好地发挥临床效果。对粉防己碱的临床应用及剂型的研究进展进行综述,旨在为粉防己碱的进一步开发利用提供科学依据和理论指导。
        Tetrandrine also known as tetrandrine,is a kind of bisbenzylisoquinoline alkaloid extracted from the roots of a family of anti-fungal plants.It has analgesic,anti-inflammatory,anti-depressant and inhibition.It can be used as a dosage form such as a tablet,an injection or an eye drop by the action of fibrosis or the like.This article reviews the related literatures at home and abroad.The tetrandrine is clinically applicable to the treatment of related diseases of the respiratory,nervous,circulatory,motor,and other systems,but it has been found that tetrandrine is mainly used in some treatments.To alleviate the symptoms,it is necessary to use some related drugs in order to better play the clinically needed effects.The research progress of clinical application and dosage form of tetrandrine is reviewed,aiming at providing scientific basis and theoretical guidance for the further research and application of tetrandrine.
