建筑与场地海绵专项设计思考

摘要
建筑与场地作为城市占地最多的功能区域,是海绵源头控制的重点。在介绍海绵城市理念的基础上,根据海绵目标,提出针对不同特征的建筑与场地的设计原则,梳理出海绵型建筑与场地的设计思路和技术路线,总结了海绵技术措施的特性。
Building and venue are taken as the most functional areas of the city, which are focus in sponge source control. Based on the introduction of sponge city concept and sponge target, this paper proposes design principles, design flow and technology route of sponge building and venue. The characteristics of sponge technical measure are summarized.
