病案情景模拟教学法提高学生自主学习能力经验

摘要
为提高学生自主学习能力,培养应用型中医临床人才,笔者探索了在金匮要略教学中采用"病案情景模拟"教学方法的改革。"病案情景模拟"教学方法是由教师采集提供病案,学生合作完成病案短剧剧本的改编、病案短剧演绎和录制,教师指导点评,考核评价的一种教学方法。对2012级中医骨伤专业的51名学生采用该教学方法,教学反馈显示90%的学生更喜欢该教学方法。并取得了良好的教学效果,调动了学生学习的积极性和创造性,提高了其自主学习能力,增强了学生的团队合作能力和竞争意识,并对其临床辨证思维的形成、临床技能的掌握及今后更好地从事临床工作等方面大有裨益。
        To improve students' autonomous learning ability, cultivate applied TCM clinical talents, this paper explores the reform of the teaching method of "medical record scenario simulation" in the teaching of Jingui Yaolue. The teaching method of "scenario simulation of medical records" is to collect and provide medical records by teachers. Students independently complete the adaptation of short play scripts for medical records, interpretation and recording of short play for medical records, teacher 's guidance and comments, and assessment of a teaching method. The author adopted this teaching method for 51 students majoring in bone injury in2012. Feedback showed that 90 percent of students preferred the method, and has obtained the good teaching effect.It has aroused students' enthusiasm and creativity in learning and improved their independent learning ability, and enhance students ' awareness of teamwork and competition. It will be of great benefit to the formation of clinical dialectic thinking, the mastery of clinical skills and the better practice of clinical work in the future.
