摘要
[目的/意义]研究专利内容新颖性和常规性与突破性发明之间的关系,为提升专利影响力,获得更多突破性发明提供新视角。[方法/过程]以发明过程和探索/利用理论为依据,使用文本挖掘方法抽取专利的标题和摘要,构建专利知识网络并设计专利内容新颖性和常规性指标,并运用负二项回归模型研究它们与突破性发明之间的关系。[结果/结论]回归结果表明,专利内容新颖性、常规性及其交互作用都会对突破性发明产生正向影响。在此基础上对发明主体的类型进行划分,针对性地提出取得突破性发明的研发管理建议。
        of patents, design indicators of novelty and conventionality of patent's content by constructing patent knowledge network. Then the relationship between indicators and breakthrough inventions is studied using the negative binomial regression model.[Result/Conclusion]The results of regression show that novelty, conventionality and their interactions all positively impact breakthrough inventions. Based on these results, inventors are classified into four types, and R&D strategy for each type is formed accordingly.
