企业跨组织合作研发绩效的影响因素研究——基于制造业上市企业数据的实证分析

摘要
通过构建一个分析企业与"学研"合作研发绩效影响因素的理论框架,从企业取得内外部技术提升的整体框架考察企业跨组织合作研发绩效的影响因素,基于企业微观数据并运用面板负二项回归模型分析合作广度和深度、企业自主研发水平以及合作伙伴性质的多样化特征对企业跨组织合作研发绩效的影响,进而为企业提高合作绩效和技术创新水平提供建议。
By building an theory frameworkanalyzing influence factors of enterprise and "research" cooperation R&D performance, obtained the overall frameworkfrom the enterprise internal and external technology improve to investigate the influence factors of enterprise inter-organizationalcooperation R&D performance,based onenterprise microcosmic data and using panel negative binomial regression model to analyze the influence of enterprise R&D performance across the organization cooperation from the breadth and depth of cooperation, the company independent research and development level and characteristics of diverse nature of the partners,and provides advicefor enterprises improving the level of cooperation performance and technological innovation.
