大数据与人才市场的预警反馈机制研究

摘要
本科毕业生就业难问题已经成为社会关注的焦点,如何真实地反映市场需求,建立有效的就业预警反馈机制已成为解决问题的关键。在前人研究的基础上,提出使用大数据技术检测人才市场变化和就业反馈信息的解决方案和检测模型,以期为未来的实践和研究提供一定的借鉴意义。
The problem of employment difficulties for undergraduate graduates has become the focus of social attention. How to truly respond to market demand and establish an effective employment early warning mechanism has become the key to solving the problem. Based on the previous studies, this paper proposes a solution and detection model for using the big data technology to detect talent market changes and employment feedback information, so as to provide some reference for future practice and research.
