摘要

望江锦园公建配套小学屋面设计为简单式种植屋面,本文介绍了该屋面防水构造层次的二次优化设计,即将水泥基渗透结晶型防水涂料直接涂刷于混凝土基层,采用SBS改性沥青耐根穿刺防水卷材作为耐根穿刺防水层,并详述了施工工艺和特殊细部节点的防水处理。
        Simple planted roof is designed for Wangjiang Jinyuan Public Primary School. This article introduces the optimization design of waterproofing structure: applying CCCW directly to concrete base and using SBS modified asphalt root resistant waterproofing membrane as root resistant layer. It also details construction process and waterproofing treatment for special nodes.
