摘要
目的:采用HPLC法测定10%阿维拉霉素预混剂中阿维拉霉素的含量。方法:测定色谱条件为:流动相:乙腈-0.2%(g/m L)磷酸二氢铵溶液(用磷酸调节p H值至3.0)(51∶49);色谱柱:菲罗门C18(5μm,4.6mm×250mm);检测波长:214nm。结论:阿维拉霉素在0.1~5mg/m L范围内线性关系良好,相关系数R~2为0.9998;阿维拉霉素的回收率为98.7%~101.0%;阿维拉霉素的测定重复性RSD为0.97。结论:该方法具有分析时间短、线性范围宽、定性结果精确和重现性好、样品前处理简便等特点,为阿维拉霉素预混剂的质量控制提供了依据。
        Objective:High performance liquid chromatographic method was used for the determination of the contentof Avilamycin in 10% Avilamycin Premixt. Method:Determination of chromatographic conditions:mobile phase:ace-tonitrile:0.2%(g/ml)ammonium dihydrogen phosphate solution(51:49 v/v)with p H value at 3.0(adjusted by phos-phate),column as C18(5μm,4.6mm×250mm),detection wavelength of 214 nm.Conclution:0.1~5mg/m L Avilamy-cin has good linearity,the correlation coefficient R~2 is 0.9998;the recovery rate of avilamycin is 98.7%~101.0%;the detection repeatability RSD of avilamycin is 0.97. Conclution:With features of short testing time,wide linearity,precise assay result,good repeatability,easy pre-treatment of samples and so on,such HPLC assay method providesgood basis for avilamycin premix quality control.
