空军部队南海岛礁驻训水路投送问题研究

摘要
空军部队规模化、体系化赴南海岛礁练兵备战日趋常态,对远程高效、容量充分、安全保密的远海投送体系建设需求愈加迫切。通过总结实践经验,围绕当前南海岛礁驻训水路投送存在的协调难度大、投送力量弱、制约因素多、运输负担重等矛盾,从构建完善的投送组织体系、聚力解决战场设施瓶颈、不断建强海空投送力量、切实提高转运投送效益等4个方面,提出做好南海岛礁驻训水路投送的对策与建议。
The large-scale and systematic training of air force in South China Sea islands and reefs is becoming normal, and there is an urgent need for the construction of long-distance, efficient, sufficient, safe and confidential long-sea projection system. Through summarizing the practical experience, it discusses the contradictions of difficult coordination, weak delivery force, restrictive factors and heavy transportation burden existing in maritime projection training in South China Sea Islands and Reefs. It also puts forward some suggestions on maritime projection training in South China Sea Islands and Reefs from following four aspects: constructing a perfect projection organization system, solving the bottlenecks in battlefield facility, building a strong projection force, and increasing the benefit of transportation with air-sea interface.
