摘要
在对刮板输送机减速器设备的工作情况和要求分析的基础上,对刮板输送机减速器设备常见的故障形式进行了分析,根据分析结果和减速器设备工作的技术要求,设计了一种新型的刮板输送机行星架结构,并对该新型行星架结构的动态工作负载特性进行了计算,绘制了三维结构模型,并将其导入到ANSYS仿真分析软件中对其结构进行了仿真分析。分析结果表明:该新型减速器行星架结构完全满足设计和使用要求,能够大幅提高刮板输送机减速器的使用可靠性和使用寿命。
        On the basis of analyzing the working conditions and requirements of the reducer equipment of scraper conveyer, the common fault forms of the reducer equipment of scraper conveyor are analyzed, and according to the analysis results and the technical requirements of the reducer equipment, A new type of planetary frame structure of scraper conveyor is designed, and the dynamic working load characteristics of the new type planetary frame structure are calculated, and the three-dimensional structure model is drawn. And it is imported into ANSYS simulation analysis software to simulate and analyze its structure. The analysis results show that the new reducer planetary frame structure can meet the design and application requirements, and can greatly improve the scraper conveyor.
