浅析ESWL与腔内钬激光碎石治疗用于输尿管结石患者中的临床效果

摘要
目的浅析ESWL与腔内钬激光碎石治疗用于输尿管结石患者中的临床效果。方法将我院接收并行体外冲击波碎石术(ESWL)进行治疗的50例输尿管结石患者作为A组,选取同期接收并行腔内钬激光碎石治疗的50例同疾病患者作为B组,比较两组的临床疗效。结果 B组手术时间短于A组,且患者术后发生并发症的几率以及手术后1个月的成功排石率优于A组,但排石时间略长于A组,两组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腔内钬激光碎石治疗输尿管结石患者,效果显著。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of ESWL and holmium laser lithotripsy in treatment of patients with ureteral calculi. Methods 50 cases of patients with ureteral calculi conducting ESWL treatment in our hospital as Group A,and selected 50 cases of patients with same disease conducting lumen holmium laser lithotripsy treatment at the same period as Group B,compared the clinical effect of the two groups. Results The operation of Group B was shorted than Group A,and the probability that patients occurred complication after operation and the successful lithagogue rate 1 month after operation were better than Group A,but the lithagogue time was slightly longer than Group A,the difference of two groups were obvious(P < 0.05),which had statistical significance in a certain degree. Conclusion The effectiveness of holmium laser lithotripsy treatment on patients with ureteral calculi was outstanding.
