摘要
目的:考察影响复方半边莲水溶性药效部位类脂质体制备工艺的各因素,确定复方半边莲水溶性药效部位类脂质体最佳制备工艺条件。方法:以包封率为指标,采用正交试验设计对影响类脂质体质量的司盘-80:胆固醇、载体:药物、水合温度、水合时间进行考察。结果:复方半边莲水溶性药效部位类脂质体最佳制备工艺参数为:司盘-80:胆固醇为1:1,载体:药物为1.05:1,水合介质为PBS(pH=7.6),水合温度为60℃,超声时间10min,水合时间12min。结论:复方半边莲水溶性药效部位类脂质体制备工艺简单,稳定可行,包封率适宜。
        Objective:To investigate the factors affecting the preparation process of liposomes from the water-soluble pharmacodynamic fraction of compound lobelia chinensis,and determine its optimum preparation conditions.Methods:Investigated by orthogonal design with encapsulation efficiency as an index.They are respectively the ratio of Sipan 80 to cholesterol,carrier to drug,hydration temperature and hydration time.Results:The optimum preparation parameters of the liposomes of the watersoluble pharmacodynamic fraction of compound lobelia chinensis were as follows:the ratio of Sipan 80 to cholesterol was 1:1,the ratio of carrier to drug was also 1:1,the hydration medium was PBS(pH=7.6),the hydration temperature was 60℃,the ultrasonic time was 10 minutes,and the hydration time was 12 minutes.Conclusion:The preparation process of the liposomes from the water-soluble pharmacodynamics fraction of compound lobelia chinensis is simple,stable and feasible,and the encapsulation efficiency is appropriate.
