非典型牙痛的研究进展

<正>非典型牙痛(atypical odontalgia,AO)亦称持续性牙痛、持续性口牙痛、原发性牙痛、神经性牙痛或幻觉性牙痛,是一类病因不明的口腔颌面部疼痛,国际头痛协会(international headache society,IHS)把它归类慢性口颌面痛的一个分支[1]。自1947年首次报道以来,国外相关报道屡见不鲜,但是国内相关报道较少。由于临床医师对AO认识的不足,常导
