浅针疗法治疗周围性面神经麻痹后遗症临床研究

摘要
目的:观察浅针疗法治疗周围性面神经麻痹后遗症临床疗效。方法:将80例周围性面神经麻痹后遗症患者根据随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,对照组采用常规针刺,治疗组采用浅针疗法配合常规针刺治疗。治疗前后用House-Brackmann(H-B)面神经功能分级量表和Sunnybrook评分系统评价,比较两组的疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率均为95%,高于对照组的85%;治疗组的痊愈率为40%,高于对照组的15%。两组治疗后患者面部肌肉运动功能改善,H-B分级评分与Sunnybrook系统评分与治疗前比较,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05),且两组治疗后的H-B分级评分与Sunnybrook系统评分进行比较,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:浅针疗法配合常规针刺可以有效改善周围性面神经麻痹后遗症的症状,有较好疗效。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of shallow needling therapy in the treatment of sequela of peripheral facial paralysis. Methods: 80 cases of sequela of peripheral facial paralysis were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group. The control group was treated with routine acupuncture; the treatment group was treated with shallow needling combined with routine acupuncture. The clinical efficacy were compared by using House-Brackmann( H-B) facial nerve function scale and Sunnybrook scoring system before and after the treatment. Results: The total effective rate of the treatment group was 95%,which was higher than 85% of the control group. The cure rate of the treatment group was 40%,which was higher than 15% of the control group. After the treatment,the movement function of facial muscle was improved in the two groups.There were statistical significance between before and after the treatment in terms of H-B scale score and Sunnybrook system score( P < 0. 05); of which there were also statistical difference between the two groups after the treatment( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: Shallow needling therapy combined with routine acupuncture can effectively improve the sequela symptoms of peripheral facial paralysis.
