手术治疗下胫腓联合分离踝关节损伤的临床疗效观察

摘要
目的观察分析对下胫腓联合分离踝关节损伤患者在临床中行手术治疗的效果。方法选择于2017年5月至2019年4月到我院接受治疗的80例下胫腓联合分离踝关节损伤患者,随机分为甲组(40例)与乙组(40例),甲组接受短肌腱移位手术治疗,乙组接受骨膜移位手术治疗,观察统计临床治疗效果以及手术相关指标情况,并对比分析。结果 (1)两组患者治疗效果比较:乙组临床治疗总有效率97.50%明显较甲组80.00%高,两组对比具有统计学差异(P<0.05);(2)两组患者恢复时间以及手术时间:组间对比患者恢复时间以及手术时间情况,结果显示乙组显著优于甲组,两组对比具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论对于下胫腓联合分离踝关节损伤患者,对其行骨膜移位手术治疗,可缩短手术以及恢复时间,并提升整体疗效,在临床中值得推广。
Objective To observe and analyze the effect of surgical treatment on ankle joint injury patients with distal tibiofibular syndesmosis separation. Methods Eighty patients with ankle joint injury separated by lower tibiofibular syndesmosis who were treated in our hospital from May 2017 to April 2019 were randomly divided into group A(40 cases) and group B(40 cases). Group A received short-range tendon transposition surgery, and group B received periosteal transposition surgery. The clinical and therapeutic effects and surgical related indicators were observed and compared. Results(1) Comparison of therapeutic effects between the two groups: the total effective rate of clinical treatment in group B was 97.50%, which was significantly higher than that in group A 80.00%(P<0.05);(2)The recovery time and operation time of the two groups were as follows: the recovery time and operative time of group comparison patients showed that group B was significantly better than group A(P<0.05). Conclusion For patients with ankle joint injury separated by lower tibiofibular syndesmosis, periosteal displacement surgery can shorten the operation and recovery time, and improve the overall efficacy, which is worthy of promotion in the clinic.
