摘要
介绍了3 000马力节能环保型调车机车的设计背景,概略地说明了该机车的配置、主要技术参数和预期的牵引、动力制动性能要求。重点介绍了机车主传动系统、辅助传动系统、动力电池管理系统和机车控制系统,对各系统的工作原理、系统组成和主要部件参数进行了介绍,最后对机车调试和试验情况进行了阐述。试验证明电气系统运行稳定可靠,性能优良。
        The design background of 3 000 HP energy-saving and enviroment-friendly shunting diesel locomotive was introduced. Configuration, main technical parameters and expected traction and braking performance requirements of the locomotive were briefly described. The main drive system, auxiliary drive system, power battery management system and locomotive control system were mainly introduced. The working principles, system components and parameters of the main components of the system were introduced. Finally, the locomotive commissioning and test conditions were described. The test proved that the electric system was stable and reliable, with excellent performance.
