新形势下现代医院管理制度创新实践路径分析

摘要
我国的现代化发展,包含医疗卫生体系的现代化建设,需要通过医疗卫生改革加以实现,而现代医院管理制度的健全与创新,是新医改的重要途径。文章首先就新形势下的现代医院管理制度的理论发展及重要价值进行阐述,进而提出现代医院管理体制在新形势下的优化创新实践路径。早在1995年,我国就已经借鉴现代化企业变革与优化进程,提出了医院管理的概念,并探讨我国现代医院管理制度的建立与创新策略。在我国医疗卫生服务体系建设的愈发完备的今天,我国的医院管理制度也需要进行必要的优化与革新,充分考量新时期与新形势下的现代医院发展需求,有效探索现代医院管理制度优化路径。
China's modernization development, including the modernization of the medical and health system, needs to be realized through medical and health reform, and the improvement and innovation of modern hospital management system is an important way for new medical reform. This paper first expounds the theoretical development and important value of the modern hospital management system under the new situation, and then proposes the optimal innovation practice path of the modern hospital management system under the new situation. As early as 1995, China has already borrowed the process of modern enterprise transformation and optimization, put forward the concept of hospital management, and explored the establishment and innovation strategy of modern hospital management system in China. Today, China's medical and health service system is becoming more and more complete. China's hospital management system also needs to carry out necessary optimization and innovation, fully consider the development needs of modern hospitals in the new and new situations, and effectively explore the optimization path of modern hospital management system.
