黏弹性颗粒驱油剂在多孔介质中的渗流规律

摘要
为深入认识非均相复合驱油机理,指导非均相复合驱油体系设计及技术推广应用,通过物理模拟手段,并结合孤岛油田中一区Ng3单元非均相复合驱矿场见效特征,分析了黏弹性颗粒驱油剂在多孔介质中的运移特征。结果表明,黏弹性颗粒驱油剂较聚合物具有更强的调整非均质能力,黏弹性颗粒驱油剂在多孔介质中以"堆积堵塞-压力升高-变形通过"的方式渗流。黏弹性颗粒驱油剂通过孔喉时,通过挤压变形和拉伸变形,局部改变驱动压差,具有深部运移、非均质调整以及交替封堵、均匀驱替的特点,能够有效扩大波及体积,从而最终提高原油采收率。
        In order to recognise the mechanism of heterogeneous combination flooding and guide designing heterogeneous combination flooding system and application of technology,the migration characteristics of a novel preformed particle gel( PPG) was studied through physical simulation method and combining with the field response character of the heterogeneous combination flooding of ZYQ Ng3 at Gudao oilfield. Results showed that PPG has a stronger ability to adjust the heterogeneity than polymer. PPG could migrate by means of piling up,plugging,pressure rising and deforming at throats to modify the existing dominant migration paths. Meantime,driving pressure was partially changed through the extrusion deformation and tensile deformation in pore throats. PPG had the advantages of migrating,heterogeneous adjustment,alternate plugging and flowing evenly. These characteristics can significantly improve swept volume and finally enhance oil recovery.
