摘要
面向吉林省长春市普通高中学生发放问卷1013份,考察Holland六种职业领域下高中生生涯学习经验对职业兴趣的影响。结果发现:(1)高中生生涯学习经验及其职业兴趣的整体水平不高;(2)不同职业领域下,高中生四种生涯学习经验与其相应职业兴趣之间的相关显著,且这种关系具有跨职业领域的一致性;(3)高中生的直接经验(成就表现与积极情绪唤起)对职业兴趣的影响更为直接且显著,但存在着职业领域属性上的差异;(4)高中生的间接经验(口头劝服和替代学习)对职业兴趣不存在直接影响,其更可能通过其他生涯要素来间接影响个体职业兴趣的发展。
1013 questionnaires were distributed to high school students in Changchun City, Jilin Province,to investigate the impact of career learning experiences on career interests of high school students in Holland's six occupational fields. Results found:(1)The overall level of career learning experiences and career interests of high school students is not high;(2)Under different occupational fields, there is a significant correlation between high school students' four career learning experiences and their corresponding career interests, and this relationship has consistency across career domains;(3)High school students' direct experiences(performance accomplishments and positive emotional arousal) have a more direct and significant impact on their career interests,but there are differences in different occupational fields;(4)High school students' indirect experiences(verbal persuasion and vicarious learning) have no direct impact on their career interests,and they are more likely to indirectly affect the development of individual career interests through other career factors.
