血清CysC水平检测在急性心力衰竭诊断中的应用研究

摘要
目的:探讨血清CysC水平检测在急性心力衰竭诊断中的应用。方法:取2015年2月至2017年5月我院收治的急性心力衰竭患者70例,将其作为研究组患者,选取70例健康者作为对照组,研究组通过检测血清CysC水平进行诊断,观察相关指标并详细记录下患者临床诊断效果。结果:检测结果方面,心功能衰竭与患者血清CysC水平呈正相关,研究组患者检测出的血清CysC水平明显高于正常水平(P<0.05)。结论:在急性心力衰竭患者的诊断中应用血清CysC水平检测,临床上的诊断符合率更高,有利于观察患者病情发展的变化,达到更高的临床治疗有效率,临床上应当进一步推广应用。
Objective: To explore the application of serum CysC level in the diagnosis of acute heart failure. Methods: 70 patients with acute heart failure from February 2015 to May 2017 in our hospital,the patients in the study group,70 healthy subjects were selected as control group,the study group were diagnosed by detection of serum CysC levels,observed and recorded in patients with clinical diagnosis with fault effect.Results: there was a positive correlation between heart failure and serum CysC level. The serum CysC level in the study group was significantly higher than that in the normal level( P < 0.05). Conclusion: the detection of serum CysC level in the diagnosis of acute heart failure is more accurate in clinical diagnosis. It is helpful to observe the change of the patient's condition and achieve higher clinical treatment efficiency,so it should be further applied in clinic.
