摘要
四川磨溪-高石梯灯影组储层缝-洞发育、密度窗口窄,常规钻井过程普遍存在又漏又喷井下复杂,降低了钻井时效,增加了钻井成本,增大了施工作业井控风险,严重影响了本构造天然气的勘探开发。高石001-H2井是本构造的第一口水平井,该井钻遇裂缝储层后,采用精细控压钻井技术,合理调节钻井液密度和井口回压,保持井筒压力在密度窗口范围内,成功解决了钻进过程严重井漏问题,完成了本构造第一口水平井的成功钻探,为将来有效开发本构造油气资源总结了宝贵经验。
        Formation DengYing at Moxi-GaoShiTi block in SiChuan is featured with developed cracks and cavities and narrow density window,loss-kick events commonly occur during conventional drilling operation,the drilling efficiency thus got reduced,the drilling cost increased,and the well control risk increased,the natural gas exploration and development at this structure is seriously impeded. Well GS001-H2 was the first horizontal well in this field. MPD was applied after drilling into the fractured reservoir. Through proper adjustment of the drilling fluid density and the back pressure at the wellhead,the borehole pressure was kept withing the density window,the potential serious loss during drilling was avoided,ensuring a successful drilling in this first horizontal well at this structure,valuable experience been gathered for effective petroleum development at this structure in future.
