摘要

超高层建筑的消防设计,是在方案设计阶段就应考虑在内的重要内容,并应贯穿于设计的全过程。文中以笔者参与设计的上海董家渡金融城项目为例,从总体消防设计、竖向分区与平面布置、防火分区与安全疏散、避难层设计和消防加强措施几个方面进行了具体分析,归纳总结了超高层建筑的消防设计要点。
        The fire protection design of super high-rise buildings is an important part that should be considered from the very beginning to the end of the design process. This article analyzed Shanghai Dongjiadu Financial City project, in which the author participated in the design work, from the overall site plan, vertical arrangement and plane layout, fire compartment and safe evacuation, refuge layout and strengthening measures, and then summarized the main points of the fire protection design for super high-rise buildings.
